
The breath is your life force. You can (apparently) go for weeks without food, days without water, yet barely a couple of minutes without taking a breath. But when did you last really notice your breath?
You maybe someone who pays attention to the food and drink you consume, wanting to have a healthy diet. And rightly so. But isn’t it time you also started paying attention to your breath in the same way?
As a breathwork facilitator I work with clients on a one-to-one basis to help you bring your attention to your breath. To help you realise the power and possibility that your breath holds just for you.
Perhaps you want to become fitter and stronger? Reduce breathlessness? Increase exercise intensity with less effort? Or improve energy levels, concentration and mental focus? If the answer to any of those was yes – perhaps I can help.
We start with an hour long session (cost £75) where we establish what your goals are and we do some exercises to set a base line. We’ll then meet on a weekly basis (for a minimum of 4 weeks – cost £35 per session) to keep a check on your progress. You’ll also receive tailored exercises to do in between our catch ups. Breathwork isn’t something that’s done to you – you’re the one in complete control!
