
It was in February 2020, unbeknown to me at the time, that I set off on a path with the Wim Hof Method. Since then it’s been an extraordinary journey into the cold, into the breath and into my soul.
Working with breathwork, cold exposure and mindset, the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method, we have the ability to change our physiology, our chemistry and ourselves. Personally, I have used the Wim Hof Method to not only support my own wellbeing – but also ease pain, inflammation and symptoms of a lower back injury and a torn meniscus in my left knee.
