EcoNIDRA™ is a broadly accessible guided deep relaxation technique that helps reconnect us to ourselves and nature as a whole. It is based on the ancient practice of yoga nidra (also known as yogic sleep) and combines it with nature connection practices. It helps cultivate eco consciousness, plants seeds of transformation and encourages kindness.
The joy of remote guided sessions is you can join them from anywhere you feel comfortable. Whilst they’re hosted on Zoom, I encourage you to turn your cameras off, pop yourselves on mute and just listen to my voice as I guide you through a 45-50 minute session.
Sessions can also be run in pers0n – either inside or outside. I am available to book for private sessions. Each session will last for 45-50 minutes and, if outside can also be combined with a nature therapy session. To book and for more information please get in touch.
