Where yoga nidra and nature connection meet.
EcoNIDRA™ is a broadly accessible guided deep relaxation technique that helps reconnect us to ourselves and nature as a whole. It is based on the ancient practice of yoga nidra (also known as yogic sleep) and combines it with nature connection practices. It helps cultivate eco consciousness, plants seeds of transformation and encourages kindness.
A session lasts for 45-50 minutes and is said to have the same effect on the body as 3-4hrs good nights sleep. In each session we take 3 journeys together. The first is through the senses, the second through the body and the third is into the natural world. No two EcoNIDRA sessions are the same.
The joy of remote guided sessions is you can join them from anywhere you feel comfortable. Whilst they’re hosted on Zoom, I encourage you to turn your cameras off, pop yourselves on mute and just listen to my voice as I guide you through the session.
I offer monthly in person sessions at The Pavilion in Chichester. Sessions are on the second Sunday of the month (3rd Sunday in April) at 4pm.
Not able to attend a session? No problem! You can order an audio recording of a previous session to be sent to you to listen to at your own leisure.
