As I’ve been taking my daily walks, I’ve been really aware of the new life that is starting to appear all around us. Tree branches, now bare from shedding last years leaves are in bud once more, new plant growth is peeping through the soil and I’ve even seen daffodils in flower – their trumpets heralding the start of the class of 2021.
Seeing these things is a reminder of the circle of life. That which goes around, comes around once more. The leaves that were lost months ago in the fall, with the help of the earthworms, provide nutrients for the new life to appear this spring.
Whilst it may be custom to have resolutions for the New Year, it is always a good time to start something new. There is no better time than now to start something new. If we waited for all of the proverbial ducks to be in a row before we acted – nothing would get done. Maybe it’s getting more exercise, eating healthier, less time each day looking at screens … you don’t have to wait for a significant date to make that change in your life. Why not start today?
It can be quite daunting making a change – I understand that. I really do. You may have a great support system around you to encourage and support you. You may be feeling scared and alone. Either way – I can help. In my role as an Eco Life Coach I help support clients through taking that first step into a new life. Utilising elements from the law of attraction, NLP and mindfulness – together we can create an action plan to help you on your way. Want to find out more – get in touch.
